What it smells like
A pungent, aged-cheese note hits first and sets the savory tone. Underneath, thick earthy layers fill out the body, and the finish holds on to that cheesy funk with a dry, grounded tail that lasts.
Main terpenes
Beta-caryophyllene, myrcene, humulene, limonene and terpinolene. Caryophyllene and humulene give a dry, peppery-woody backbone, myrcene deepens the earthiness, and a touch of limonene keeps the top from feeling flat.
