Product and batch-specific information for your review.

Product Documents

Document availability is confirmed for the specific product, batch, intended application, and destination market. TERPLAX does not assume that every document is available or applicable to every item.

Reference COA and natural batch variation

Classic Strains and Fusion CDTs are built from natural raw materials, and Flavor Infused uses natural flavors. Natural materials are grown, so season and origin affect them, and component levels vary slightly from batch to batch. No two shipments are 100% identical.

  • Reference COA (included): our in-house COA is issued as a reference for each profile. It is not a third-party batch certificate.
  • Third-party COA (paid service): if you need an independent laboratory COA for your own order, we can arrange it as a paid service. Testing scope, laboratory, cost, and timing are confirmed before the order.
  • The sample is the standard: most customers evaluate the sample, approve it, and order. Adjustments to aroma or formula can be made on request.

Safety Data Sheets

SDS are available for every catalog profile. Flash points in our SDS are calculated values; a measured flash point can be arranged at the customer's request and cost.

How to Request Documents

  • Send the exact product name and catalog number.
  • Include the batch or lot reference when available.
  • State the intended application and destination market.
  • List the documents required for your internal review.

Standard documents are the SDS, PDS, MDS and in-house reference COA. Final product and market compliance remains subject to the buyer's own review.
