Will I receive the seven pictured profiles?
The photograph shows example bottles with their original labels. For random packs, your seven samples are selected from the agreed pool; the pictured names are not guaranteed.
Can I request specific profiles?
Yes. Choose seven profiles from the relevant series. Classic and Flavor Infused profiles can be mixed in one BDT custom pack. Send the profile names or catalog numbers to customer service to confirm availability.
How does sample shipping work?
Random packs include shipping. Custom packs add a flat USD 30 for shipping. Samples ship within 3 business days and usually arrive in 7–15 days. Tell us your country so we can confirm the route and any import taxes or duties before payment.
