30-Day Returns for Standard Products

Standard catalog products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in a condition that allows resale. Please contact us at hello@terplax.com with your order reference before sending anything back. We will confirm the return and provide return instructions. Items sent back without our prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Samples and Custom Products

Sample packs, custom blends, OEM/private-label products and made-to-order profiles are prepared specifically for your order and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item or an incorrect shipment. Because terpene products may be classified as dangerous goods for transport, returns must be shipped using the carrier and packaging method we confirm.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 3% of the returned items' value is deducted from the refund for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies to damaged, incorrect or missing items.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery, with your order or quotation reference and photos of the product and packaging. Please keep the product and packaging while we review the claim. If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, a credit, or a refund for the affected items.

Inspection and Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel, or as stated in the order confirmation, within 10 business days. Alibaba orders follow Alibaba's refund rules.
