2. Where are TERPLAX products developed and supplied from?

Our Thailand lab supports R&D, profile testing, sensory evaluation, and technical review. Our Shenzhen team handles production, sales, export coordination, and customer support.

3. What formats can I order?

Regular product quotation focuses on 120mL bottles where available. Samples are available for evaluation, made-to-order profiles are available for custom production, and 1L, 5L, and 25L bulk supply can be quoted through customer service.

4. What is the MOQ for made-to-order profiles?

Made-to-order profile programs generally start from 480mL MOQ per profile. Please contact TERPLAX to confirm the current availability, lead time, and quotation before ordering.

5. How do I pay?

TERPLAX currently handles payment through direct customer-service confirmation. Before sending funds, please contact us to confirm product availability, quotation, shipping details, and the current payment method.

6. How much is shipping?

TERPLAX ships worldwide with a flat shipping rate of $30 per order. Transit time depends on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier handling.

7. Do you provide COA, SDS, IFRA, and Allergen documents?

Yes. COA, SDS, IFRA, and Allergen documents can be provided upon request. Batch-specific files may require confirmed production or order details.

8. Are all products already listed on Shopify?

Not yet. Product images and full Shopify product listings are still being prepared. Please contact TERPLAX for the latest product list, sample options, 120mL availability, made-to-order production, or bulk quotation.
